PAYMENT

⊳ Payment must be paid upfront and in full before I work on the commission.

⊳ Payments are to be through Paypal only and in USD. So please use a currency converter to ensure you are paying the correct amount in other currencies.

⊳ I will also accept NZD equivalent to the USD price through NZ bank transfer.

⊳ Invoices will be sent through PayPal after discussing the content of the commission and acceptance of the commission.

⊳ You will receive a message from me when I have sent the invoice and when your payment has successfully come through. Then I will work on the commission at the earliest opportunity.

⊳ Invoices not paid within a week will be retracted and I will not work on the commission until I am recontacted and payment has been received.

⊳ Please let me know if you have not received an invoice or if there are any problems so I can resolve the issue.

PROCESS

⊳ I work on a first come first serve term GENERALLY

⊳ Commissions will not be started until full payment is received.

⊳ Commissions will take 2 weeks at the latest

⊳ After sending me the details of your commission I will send an invoice

⊳ After payment has been received I will let you know and begin work on your commission

⊳ I will send a sketch of the emote(s) after that you are free to make any additional changes (posing etc…)

⊳ Once I finish the commission I will send you an update for you to make any SMALL changes such as colour fixes and small marks.

CONDUCT

⊳ Please DO NOT harass me for updates. If you constantly ask me for updates I am likely to stop working on the commission and refund according to the amount of work done.

⊳ Constantly asking me for updates is likely to make me not want to work on your commission as I feel uncomfortable which would result in a longer wait time.

⊳ You are free to ask for updates but please be mindful of the frequency and amount in which these are requested.

⊳ If you file a chargeback, I will retract everything you have ever received from me and I will have full rights to do ANYTHING with them.

⊳ You will be blacklisted and forbidden to order from me ever again and I will post your name to Social media for others to be warned about.

REFUNDS

⊳ If the commission is cancelled by me, the artist, or the client before any work has been done, the client is subjected to a full refund.

⊳ Refunds are on an amount of work done basis:

Sketch: 90%

Linework 50%

Linework + Colouring 0%

⊳ No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed work

⊳ If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it in any state, a full refund will be given.

⊳ I hold the right to cancel and refund you the money for the commission anytime.

⊳ This may be due to personal issues where I may not be able to complete it for a long time. It could also be due to sudden circumstances that make me uncomfortable in making the commission.

⊳ If possible, I will always give the option to choose between a refund or a longer wait time
